That includes shaping proformas, testing scenarios, and helping your team speak directly to the questions that credit and investment committees will ask. 

 For operating companies tied to real assets, we help structure working capital, expansion, and transition financing. That can involve refinancing existing obligations, adding new capacity, or supporting strategic changes in the business. We work to ensure that capital supports long term performance instead of short term fixes that create more pressure later. 

 Where appropriate, we integrate grants, incentives, and public sector tools into the capital plan. This can include our experienced team working with municipalities, agencies or non profit partners.  Designing structures that meet policy objectives while still delivering bankable outcomes for private capital and project stakeholders.
